Empire Online Limited (the "Company" or "EOL"), a leading online gaming network and provider of marketing services to the online gaming industry announces the results of its AGM which was held earlier today.

All resolutions, with the exceptions of items 10 (directors' authority to allot shares), 12 (issue of shares for cash on a non pre-emptive basis) and 13 (share buy-back) were approved.
