Result of Extraordinary General meeting of Shareholders


Empire Online announces that the resolutions proposing a change of its name to Livermore Investments Group Limited and authorising the directors to make market purchases of its own shares were duly passed at an extraordinary general meeting this morning.  The change of name will not become effective until the resolution has been filed in the British Virgin Islands at which time a further announcement will be made by the company.
