Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”)
Empire Online Limited announces that a circular together with a notice of an EGM was posted to shareholders yesterday.
The circular provides details on a proposed change of name to Livermore Investments Group Limited and a proposed grant of authority to buy back shares in the Company.
The EGM has been convened for 10am on 28 February 2007 and will be held at the offices of Travers Smith, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL.
