Livermore Investments Group Limited ("Livermore" or "the Company")

Further to the announcement of 27 June 2007, the Board of Livermore today announces that Ron Baron (39) has been formally appointed as an Executive Director of the Company fulfilling the role of Chief Investment Officer with immediate effect. Mr Baron currently holds 8,777,414 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 3.1% of Livermore's issued share capital.


Mr Baron holds the following directorships:

RB Investments AG
Livermore AG (Switzerland)

There is no other information to disclose in accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
