Interim Dividend Exchange Rate

The Company notifies the exchange rate of GBP 0.77154 = US$1.00 for determining the dividend amount in Pounds sterling, for those shareholders who have elected to receive the Interim Dividend declared on 21  November 2023 in Pounds sterling, equating to a dividend of GBP 0.0231462 (US$0.03) per share. The Interim Dividend is expected to be paid on 29 December 2023.
