 KEY APPOINTMENT FOR CREDIT INVESTMENT PLATFORM

Livermore Investments Group Limited announces that Marc Boatwright will be joining the Group to launch a credit investment platform. Mr. Boatwright will be coming to Livermore from ING Investment Management's Senior Loan Group, where he has served as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Team Leader. Mr. Boatwright brings to Livermore his extensive expertise and experience, particularly in managing credit portfolios and distressed investments.

Mr. Boatwright has served as the lead portfolio manager for thirteen of ING's CLOs, including three CLOs for which ING was appointed as replacement manager (Phoenix CLOs I, II and III) and all seven of the CLOs that ING has issued from 2011-2013. Mr. Boatwright joined ING in 2007 to organize the ING Senior Loan Group's alternative credit business. He received his B.A. in philosophy from Wheaton College and his J.D. from the Harvard Law School.
