Livermore announces that on 5 August 2011 it was notified that on 28 July 2011 Bristol Investment Group S.A. ("Bristol") sold 15,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company. Following the sale, Bristol holds less than 3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
